Great Place to go ask for Melanie!. I just wanted to send a hearted THANK YOU to Bella Dora Spa and to Melanie who I recently went to for a cut and color. Im new in the San Diego area and was so scared to try a new place and a new stylist. Im so glad I chose Bella Dora. As soon as I stepped inside I felt welcome. The décor is beautiful, I was greeted and attended to immediately and offered a drink of my choice from a menu. Everyone who worked there smiled as they walked by me. I waited only a couple of minutes, not long enough to look at all the items they had by Melanie. She was great, I felt pampered the whole time. The facility was the nicest I have been in. She took the time to massage me while she was shampooing and I was quite comfortable. She was intent on listening to what I wanted and did an excellent job on both the cut and color. I highly recommend her to everyone. Her personality was great and she was very professional. I m so relieved to have found a great new place to go and a great new stylist. Now after seeing the facility I will be going back for other services. Thank you so much Melanie for everything. I recommend this spa to everyone.

so serene. Loved it! I've had my hair cut there before but never visited the spa. Walking through the doorway between the salon and the spa was such a great feeling. Peaceful ambiance, great amenities, wonderful massage, lovely "quiet room" with the perfect massage chairs. All kicked off with a yummy mimosa. Can't wait to go back.

I LOVE this spa!. This is my favorite spa in San Diego by far. The massages are pricey but worth EVERY penny for the amount of relaxation they give.

At other massage parlors, I've had ask the music to be turned down or for there to be no conversation which makes me feel bad... hence the relaxation doesn't really happen. When I expressed these concerns to the receptionist before my first visit, she said that the massage therapists are already told not to be chatty with the customers and the music can be turned down, no problem if necessary... they're here to serve me. What a relief!!!

The customer service is great and the atmosphere presents the ambience you'd expect for total relaxation.

I added a massage a month to my budget because I truly need an hour and half of me time in quiet, relaxing setting. I absolutely love my therapist, Sarah.

I've also gotten facials here and I absolutely love their product lines.

I highly recommend this spa to anyone!!!

WWOOWW!. This is my first spa experience and it is my new measuring stick for spas. It is very dark inside with very peaceful lighting and gorgeous rich decor. The staff is very professional and very friendly; and they bring you all kinds of complimentary beverages of your choice. The bathroom/shower/locker is equipped with everything a woman many need (I'm sure the same goes for the men's room). You get your own locker in which you lock all your clothes and get to wear the softest robe ever made. The place is squeaky clean. They have a quiet room where you sit in your robe and wait for your masseuse, which has 4 massage chairs and more beverages for you to choose from. Your room is private and the bed is the most comfortable thing I've ever 'laiddd' on! very zen peaceful music during my session. I had a 30 minute massage which was excellent and soothing. I have a lot of back pain and she really worked my knots. They use aroma and warm towels on you (depending on the massage/ package you buy). Next time I'll be going back for a one hour massage, and there will definitely be a next time! Highly recommended and a great gift for anyone. Oh yea, they also have a hair salon and much more!

Best Spa Experience!. I have been to a lot of spas and this one takes the cake. Excellent service, treatments, and facility. I am a client for life. I reccomend the signature facial and massage.
