Since 1991, George Katakadilis has been serving up healthy, affordable Greek dishes based on his mother's original recipes from Greece. Watch the pitas, falafels and hummus being created behind the order-at-the-counter restaurants' open, exhibition-style kitchens. The menu is organized with combo plates, vegetarian dishes, a good selection of sauces and dips on the side, and plenty of sweet, sticky baklava.
