“Horrible service”
Horrible service. The first time I went to this bagel shop, I walked out because the customers ahead of me were taking too long to get their orders right. I shouldn't have tried again, but against my better judgement, I returned the next day. It isn't abundantly obvious from their menu that you can get flavored cream cheese on your bagel, despite the fact they sell the cream cheese separately. I asked for clarification and they replied that I could. So, I ordered a blueberry bagel, toasted, with strawberry cream cheese. After a ridiculous cash exchange that involved the cashier counting out change with one hand (so that she didn't need to unglove the other one), I got my bagel. I made the mistake of not checking the order until after I left the store. I found a lukewarm bagel with over-salted cream cheese that I ended up throwing into the garbage.…
