My needs were exceeded! A+!. The initial booking went well. The communication from the booking agent to the correct office was poor. The Pasadena office never called me back as promised to set certain information for the move. The best part of my experience was the movers. Extremely proffessional, hard working and went all out to see that my needs were met and exceeded. They're A+ in my book.

very hard workers and did a great job. Just wanted to say that the 2 movers we had were very hard workers and did a great job. You guys are lucky to get good workers like this. Ive used you guys a few times now and always had a good experience. It also helps make it better if we are prepared when you guys show up!

I would reccommend Starving Students anyone!. I would reccommend Starving Students anyone! Also, with all the add ons I had, my move was still less costly than my kids, who were moved by another company! I hope your company treats the movers to an occasional massage, because they deserve it! They work very hard and so efficiently. This is the first moving experience that was pleasant! If I move again, I will call your company.

Great guys!. The movers were great--very polite and efficient and they really knew their stuff. They even wiped their feet every time they came into the house. They were such great movers, so professional, I would highly recommend Starving Students to everyone I know. It was really reasonable too.

Pretty smooth move. The move went very smoothly, and the price was fair. Our movers worked hard and took care of our things. Our move was originally scheduled to take place on a Friday, but was delayed one day because one of the moving trucks broke down. I realize that is no one's fault, and Starving Students made some minor adjustments to the price of our move. Nonetheless, I was surprised that Starving Students didn't simply rent a truck (or have some other back-up plan) to accomplish our move on the planned day. We were fortunate in that we had the flexibility to postpone our move one day -- if we had not had that flexibility, we would have been in a terrible situation. Otherwise, everything else (scheduling, move, etc. . .) went smoothly.

impressed with the level of customer service. I was especially impressed with the level of customer service and communication. To start, I received an email within a few hours of requesting an estimate online -- even though I sent the request after normal business hours -- being able to speak with a representative back and forth through email after 7 pm is definitely an added service. I was given a discount for being a repeat customer (bonus!) and everyone I spoke with at Starving Students were friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the follow-up phone calls during the week before my move, to confirm details and to ask if I had any questions -- as well as a phone call before the movers came on my move day. And the two guys who did my move -- they were very friendly, FAST, and took care when moving my stuff. When we got to my new apartment, they offered to put my furniture wherever I wanted it (other moving companies I've used before just dumped it all in the living room for me to sort out later). Overall, Starving Students made a stressful and tiring process an absolute breeze. I will be sure to use you for all of my future moves -- Thank you!
