Food is great always, service isn't that great..
Every time that I go there, the food is always amazing. The only thing that REALLY annoys me is that their service isn't that great.
1st, they're the only Submarina in San Diego county that I know of that doesn't accept coupons. It just seems kind of pointless as a corporation to pay to have coupons distributed and then not accept them in just one location.
2nd, it seems that they always take forever to even acknowledge that you're even there.
The only reason I go there is that I LOVE submarina. All the other chains (Subway, Quiznos, etc...). I don't know what it is, but every submarina I go to, the sandwiches always have the extremely fresh and refreshing taste to them. The bread always tastes like it was just made 5 minutes ago. I work in the Clairemont mesa area and only get a short lunch period. It's the closest Submarina to where I work.
I might have to start going to the one over on Murphy Canyon road... but we'll see.......
