If you are looking for a small, close knit class, where you can have proper instruction, come to the Pilates Room! I enjoyed coming here many times over, and could see the awesome results from the class. Plus early classes = great way to start the day! Come here, it's a must if you love or want to start loving Pilates!

if you give a 5 star review, she gives you a free class. don't be fooled by all the "great" reviews from new members to the studio.

mostly inexperienced teachers and unprofessional management. horrible studio.

i signed up for the 1 yr membership 3/4/12 because 1- they had yoga and pilates, 2-the instructors were top notch, 3-the availability of AM traditional reformer classes 4-the intimacy of their studios (as they advertise)

well, they really dropped the ball.

no more yoga

the amazing AM instructors have left

less traditional reformer classes in the AM because of staff leaving

they crammed in as many reformers as possible into the old yoga studio

the green room is horrible now!! i was bumping into people while trying to work out. they just threw a bunch of reformers in there haphazardly just to get as many students as they can.

i have filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted my lawyer.

this is not what i signed up for. they refuse to terminate my contract. they cancelled the yoga part of my contract and didnt give me an option to opt out of the pilates. i would NOT have signed up for this studio if yoga was not originally included. they will not get another cent out of me.

my family opened a restaurant 57 years ago and its still running strong today. they are doing bad business. they will not be around in the future if they keep working the way they do.

Best Pilates studio in San Diego. I love the pilates room! Amazing location, in beautiful little Italy, great prices, and outstanding instructors. All of the instructors are so sweet, and extremely helpful. It's only been a month, and Im already seeing results, and tension on my back is dissapearing. Thank you Pilates room, I'm so excited to take this journey!

Excellent Classes!!. I absolutely love this studio! I have been going there for 2 years now, recently moved up to Carlsbad and still drive down there to get a great workout!!! The teachers are wonderful and very attentive to each person's needs!!!

AMAZING!. I was looking for a place to take Pilates and after some online investigation, I decided to give The Pilates Room a try. The Pilates Room is AMAZING, instructors are motivating, inclusive, knowledgeable and friendly!! My daughter and I enjoyed our mother daughter time and get an amazing workout having fun together. The Pilates Room is competitvely priced, clean, well maintained and conveniently located! The Pilates Room is definitely the perfect place to go if you want to start or maintain a healthy lifestyle! We tried different classes with different instructors Katia was an excellent motivator, positive, kind and ensured that every student was comfortable and getting maximum results. Adriana was another of our instructors, she was very kind and made sure that her class for "all levels" was just that. As beginners we feel the "good burn" days after and for those students that have been going for a longer period of time still where challenged! Thank-you Ladies for such an amazing workout and giving me the tools to make my body as fit as any Hollywood actress!!

Great Studio. I have been going to the here since October 2007. It is a quiet, serene and cozy studio. The place lives up to its name. My trainer, designs each session depending on how my body feels. D-BEST!. The Pilates Room is the best reformer class in San Diego! All of the instructors are knowledgeable and the small class size ensure personalized attention. It's like having a personal trainer but cheaper!

The mat class is also one of the most strenuous mat classes that I've taken and the new Yoga Lounge Studio is beautiful.
