My husband and I had the most delightful experience purchasing our first home through Urban Homes. Alisa Edwards is amazingly professional, knowledgeable, courteous and attentive to the needs of her clients. Beginning with the first time she took us to look at properties, continuing through the 90 day escrow, Alisa was a treat to work with. Her all-inclusive real estate package deserves nothing less than 5 stars! We feel privileged to have been her clients, will continue to recommend her, and will be calling her in the future!

Greatest team in SD! Helped us save $30K!!!!

My girlfriend and I worked with Larry and Diane to help us purchase our home. Originally we thought that playing the Foreclosure and Short Sale market would get us "the best b@ng for our bucks". After countless home visit, Larry and Diane suggested a "new" home. BEST ADVICE EVER! We were able to take advantage of all the tax rebates, got crazy incentives and love our home. In the end, I would say that we received over $30K in incentives and upgrades. The knowledge and dedication that Larry and Diane possess is top notch! I would and have recommended them to anyone I know in the market and will be using them again when it comes time to purchase again. Hats off to the two of you! You made it fun for us.
