Awful service
by gentster at Citysearch
It was our anniversary and we were staying at the Omni. After the Padre game we were hoping to grab a bite to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. We were seated promptly, but things went downhill from there. While seated, we watched 3 more tables get seated, receive their drinks and get their dinner orders taken. Meanwhile we sat without a single person coming to our table except the candle lighter who kindly increased the ambiance for our romantic anniversary dinner. After more than 20 minutes of being ignored, we decided to leave. On our way out we told the hostess why we were leaving. It was the same hostess that seated us, but she seemed clueless to our existance and not concerned at all that we were leaving. We've stayed there before and dined at Mccormick & Schmicks, but were suprised at the deteriation in service.
- Pros: Location
- Cons: Awful service
