Decent Fast Food Indian restaurant in the Mall. I loved two item combo with chicken tikka masala and vegetable korma with rice and bread for just $7.99

Fantastic Chicken curry. I ordered one item bowl with rice and the curry was delicious. One of the best curry. If you are in the mall and want some great food must try Royal India Express.

SLUMDOG ROYAL. This place should not be in business. Its daylight robbery what they charge and serve. I would not feed my own dogs this kind of food. After having trouble eating this food, I decided to give five dollars to the waiter to show me how they make the naan bread so that I could inspect the kitchen. What a sight, insects, filth etc. just like the slums in Slumdog Millionaire. City of San Diego needs to check this place out and probably shut it down. I wonder if this guys could even sell food on a cart. DONT EAT HERE. « Hide

An Incredible curry , cheap price.
Usually when I go to the mall the food is not so good, after trying Royal India I am impressed that the curry at Royal India's sister concern Royal India express in Horton Plaza is really good. The flavors are intense and meats are tender.
I loved vegetable korma and tandoori chicken. Must try.
