Good Bye, lip scar. When I called Joyce for an electrolysis appointment, she was very through in her questions to understand what I wanted and she took the time to answer all my questions. So, when I went to see Joyce for my appointment it was like visiting a close friend. The reason I went to Joyce was because of all the whisker hairs and dark hairs that were on my upper lip and chin. All these years I thought I had a scar on my upper lip, but really it was just dark hairs that Joyce easily removed. So, imagine my happy surprise when I got home and I noticed I no longer had "a scar on my upper lip". Thank you, Joyce for improving my self-image.
