SHADEY, SHADET, SHADEY!!!!. I originally went to the old location (MediMar), on the 3rd floor and had a pleasant enough experience with Dr. Clark. Then I lost my original paperwork in a move and needed to have it replaced. So I called MC2 number and asked if this was Dr. Clarks and was told "yes". I asked if there was a charge for the new paperwork and was told by some incredibly inarticulate idiot named Chip..."no", oh wait, Ya...$10.00. I then went to the "new" address (Ste. 111) and asked again if this was Dr. Clarks practice and was told yes. WRONG and definately SHADEY! Dr. Clark is in his old location and Dr. Clark (Medimar) SHOULD NOT BE CONFUSED WITH MC2. MC2 at Ste. 101 is SHADEY, SHADEY, SHADEY!!!! Then was told to have a seat. After 20 minutes, I asked the black lady if I could just get a print-out of my paperwork and she replied "didnt you check in" Ugggh! YES...WITH YOU. Then some really rude guy named "Tron", or "Kron" informed me the charge would be $25.00!! I do not mind the discrepensy, but the "tone" was not neccesary and innapropriate. SHADEY!!! Then he wanted to argue with me over the charges and berate me for no other reason than to feel important? For those of us that are legitimately ill, a medical facility should show compassion for their patients. "Tron" needs to learn some basic customer service skills to make patients feel at ease. As I walked out, he sarcastically yelled, "see ya for your renewal", trying his best to be antagonistic. How wrong you are "Tron". MC2 is NOT the only Medical Marijauna assesment place in town you idiot. I found out "Trons" name is really "Cletus", and is a supposed "Advocate" for Medical Marijuana causes??!! Huh!?? Really?! Wow...now I am afraid for all whom he is advocating for. All in all...it was a "WTF" moment and do not suggest them. Skip the aggravation. SHADEY PLACE....BEWARE!!

The best & most helpful clinic!. I've been under the care of MC2 for 2 years now & am very pleased with their service! I definitely recommend them to anyone in need of getting medicinal help. They go above & beyond!
