came for a quote, never came to do the job!. C.J., the owner, came to my house to do a quote for a couple of patches scratched up by my cats. He quoted me a great price, wrote me an estimate and told me he'd get back to me after he bought the carpet for the patch. He never got back to me! It's been 2 weeks and he's ignored my calls and emails. He hasn't even had the consideration to call me back and let me know he couldn't do the job.

good prices, great quality. i hired sd carpet care to come clean my house, there were pet stains all over my house (gotta love dogs) and the carpet was really dirty from traffic, the technicians came in and examined the carpet, and told me they would be able to get everything out.

when i looked at the end the carpet looked almost brand new, couldnt smell any pet odor, or see any pet stains and all the traffic lanes were cleaned.
