They showed up on time with a full crew. There were several jobs to be done including replacing a toilet, sink fauct and all the facets and connectors in the front yard. In addition, I have a reoccuring clog between the wash machine and kitchen sink. And that problem is still pending - Avalanche will be bringing in equipment to check for a broken line and that may be a more serious problem. But at this point, they have performed very well for a lower price than other plumber's quoted.
