Black Mountain Plumbing has been our plumbing company for years. This time we had a leak in the copper pipe from the street. It was a very difficult job but Larry and Richard completed it in a timely manner with a welcome sense of humor. AND half of it was covered by insurance.

I have used Black Mountain Plumbing a number of times before so I called them to have a faucet installed. Their prices are reasonable, they do not try to up sell, and the work is outstanding. All of the people I have had contact with explained what they were going to do and gave me options if available. They are on time, call before arriving, and are pleasant. I had used other companies before and was always left with a bad feeling for them, but that is not the case with Black Mountain Plumbing. Now, anytime I have a plumbing need, I call them.

Our water heater needed to be replaced. I called in the morning and talked with the representative about different options, pricing, etc. They were very helpful with information and up-front about costs. After deciding on the type and model they quickly set me up with an appointment for the morning. They called when they were on their way. Travis was professional and got the work done quickly. He made sure I knew how to light the pilot light should it go out later and how to adjust the temperature of the water if needed. I have used Black Mountain in the past for jobs big and small and they have always been prompt, professional and honest. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or refer them to a friend.
