O.K. Haircut but poor customer service: I like both in a salon. Decent haircut, but overpriced at $65 as it was not much different from other haircuts that were priced lower. Very poor customer service: the first visit I was not acknowledged until I had been sitting in the chair for about five minutes. The second visit, I had a scheduled appointment and the salon was closed; the owner was a no show! This, after I received two messages reminding me of the appointment and I rearranged my work schedule to get my hair cut. SKIP THIS PLACE. In the competitive environment of hair styling, both quality of haircut and of service are important to me. Luckily, through a friend, I was able to find another fine stylist at another salon who had a last minute cancellation. I took the spot and now I have both a quality hairstylist and quality service; all at a lower price.
