Beware of this company.
This is a father and son business (Bill and Eric Bower) who are extremely difficult to deal with, do not communicate well with their clients, do not properly represent their clients interests in terms of dealing with tenants, and are currently being sued. Arrogance describes both of them.
As a property owner if you specifically tell them to do, or not do something, they do as they please and will not represent you well. If a tenant damages your property they are more interested in representing the interests of the tenant than the property owner (you) who pays them. They are currently being sued in court. You should look elsewhere for quality property management.
