RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. When I was inside the office a guy working there came off a door and unknowing that I was there he said to a woman working at the front desk "I made $700 in the last one" He looked embarrass at me after.

Our experience there was VERY EXPENSIVE and THEY DID IT WRONG, we will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

I saw other people been treated terribly!!!! The lady that did our taxes did it wrong and made us pay a lot...a lot more than we should have had. I called the IRS and they said that H&R Block doesnt have anything to do with the IRS, that they are independent and that I should do it over the INTERNET that is FREE or go to ANY OTHER accountant that they ONLY charge about $40-50.

For 3 taxes return we paid $300 + 450 + $400 = TOTAL $1150 at this place in Oceanside, just for the lady to type the information that took her not more than one hour total they charge us $1150!!!!!!!!!!!!! Complete RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and SHE DID IT WRONG, we end up paying a lot more that we should have done, the IRS said to us to do it again!!

The $1150 does not include the money that we had to pay to the IRS, that is independent!

Please if you have any sense DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!

We saw a lady working there treating a gentleman really rude, speaking aloud and we all heard EVERYTHING, a real embarras situation for the guy, she saying "DONT YOU REMEMBER? and a lot of private information about the guy, aloud!!!!

There are hundreds of places that they do taxes and FOR SURE THEY DONT CHARGE THIS MUCH AND THEY WILL DO IT RIGHT!!!! Take my advice keep away from this place and shop around if you cant do it yourself over the internet for FREE.
