“Service is pleasant and super quick, brea.”
Home Town Favorite. My family and I eat at the 101 every week for breakfast or lunch. My favorite is the grilled cheese with bacon and their french fries are awesome! We've been coming to the 101 Cafe for over 20 years and it's one of our favorite spots in Oceanside
Classic.

If you're tired of the franchises, then this is your place.
Best Road Food in the USA.
When you cruise the road you look for unique places to visit and non-corporate places to eat. Let's face it if I see one more chain restaurant I'll crash.
Well what a great surprise to see and eat a place that has been around since 1928. It looks the same as it did in 1954 when it was remodeled into the Classic Drive-In of the 50's. The inside and out will show you what an authentic Cafe was once like. Once you come inside you'll be greeted by good old-fashion service and super food. You can stop by between 6:30 AM and Midnight everyday. It is a treat you'll always remember.
This Oceanside Retro diner must be doing something right, known for serving morning to night breakfast specialties since 1928..
In Short
This corner café has been an Oceanside staple since 1928, and despite changing times, remains true to its diner roots with pancake breakfasts and egg combos alongside hot sandwiches and burgers. Look around the small space for a dose of local history; photographs of the coastal town from '28 to present adorn the walls. For dinner, the homemade meatloaf is a favorite.
