Great Selection, Helpful Staff.
My wife and I went here to take a look at telescopes and determine what we might like to purchase online. It was during the Christmas season, and we had our two small children with us.
We had a lot of questions, and all the telescope people were busy helping other people, so the photo guy made himself available. We went through our list of questions, about every model in which we were interested, and he new the answers.
As I intimated, we usually buy this kind of thing online. However, their prices were competitive, and the staff was knowledgeable and very helpful, so we made our purchase in the store.
Don't listen to the other reviewer, and his "I'm Latino, so nobody helped me" attitude. I'm Latino, as well, and we had a great experience.…
Dont Shop There. Zero Stars. Do you want to go into a store where you will be ignored completely and not even given a courtesy "hello"? That is what will happen at this store. That is exactly what happened to my girlfriend and I when we went there. They were not busy, they had 2 other customers in the store, yet they didn't even bother to say hello or acknowledge us. I patiently waited by the counter for assistance yet when the rep ( I believe it was the owner , which makes this behavior even more disgraceful...)finished, he ignored us and moved away. I was dumbfounded, my girlfriend immediately suggested we leave. We left. We are both professionals ( I was there to by a zoom lense for my camera), we both have never been treated this way before. We both recommended that no one shop this business. Were we treated this way because I am latino? If that is the case, then I suggest that no latino or anyone that is bothered by this kind of rudeness set foot inside this place.…
