WORST CAR REPAIR SHOP!!! Where do I begin with this horrible experience. I bring in my 2000 Jeep Cherokee because it has a leak and was over heating. First they charge $200 just to tell me later that it needs almost $1400 in repairs! I asked what that entailed and the young kid at the counter Nate was his name said it was a rear main seal for the transmission and that would be $800. Then to fix the cooling was going to cost $500. To change the thermostat and two hoses $500??!! Do they think I'm stupid? a thermostat takes 20 min to replace and costs under $10 bucks. Wow. Whoever wrote the previous reviews either works there or are very ignorant to how much repairs cost. Go elsewhere and save your money from these crooks.

Great Price. Went to Mastertech to smog my car. I relieved at how quick it was and the price was great. I plan on returning for any car issue.

Competitive. Great service and skilled crew they have on staff. I knew of a problem and went in without telling them the issue. They identified it and gave me a great price compared to other shops.

Always Great. Great service as always. Identified a future potential problem with a radiator leak. I really appreciate being aware of future potential problems before they leave me on the side of the road.

Unacceptable service. I went there thinking that they know what they are doing. I have a Honda, and it needed a B12 maintenance. I gave service writer N a copy of the maintenance minder list from my manual. I told him (he also asked) many times that my maintenance minder showed that my car needed a B12 maintenance. I'm not knowledgeable of cars and trusted that N would include the right services. He did put B12 under Request for Service, but then I realized that he also listed other services (for sub items 3, some of 4, and 5) that were not necessary during this scheduled maintenance according to my car's maintenance minder. I told N as soon as I realized it. Being not knowledgeable about car maintenance, I wasn't able to catch these other added services right away. I spoke with manager G, but he was just telling me all these excuses (it's already done, they recommend those other services...). He even implied that I planned on doing it; that was very upsetting when it was clearly their fault in the first place.

I went there to get the right and exact service that my car needed, nothing more, nothing less. But service writer N didn't seem to know what he was doing and added all other unnecessary services. They discounted some parts in the invoice because I voiced my concerns. In the end, however, I still paid a lot more than what I should have paid for just a B12 maintenance.

I now wonder how many unknowing customers have they charged for services they didn

Fair. These guys are great! My car had been making this horrible noise for awhile and finally became unsafe to drive (I'm not the most diligent car owner). I had it towed to Mastertech. They did a great job on the repair and the price was very reasonable. And, most importantly, they didn't try to sell me on a bunch of work I didn't need. Very friendly, honest, and fair.
