Best Attorney. GREAT ATTORNEY, MS. CYNTHIA ANN HARRIS

I had the extreme pleasure of contacting and meeting Ms. Harris. Ms. Harris picked up the phone, early one Saturday Morning, when I was in desperate need of assistance. We spoke for a while and she agreed to meet me that morning. It was Saturday, and Ms Harris agreed to meet me for a FREE consultation. We met that morning, and Ms. Harris was so compassionate toward me. At this time of my life, I had been married for seven years and I needed help getting out of my marriage. Ms. Harris was so comforting and considerate of my feelings and what I was going through. I soon learned that Ms. Harris had gone through a nasty divorce, many years back. After meeting with Ms. Harris, I was finally content on my decision and the steps I needed to take for this process. Throughout my divorce, Ms. Harris was there for me, helping me along that bumpy road. I must say, that without Ms. Harris by my side, this divorce would have never ended. I am lucky to have had such a wonderful Attorney representing me. I knew that Ms. Harris was a God sent.

I want to personally thank you, Ms. Harris, for everything you did for me during this period of my life. I am doing much better and my kids are still in school. My daughter still remembers meeting you at your office, and how you had snacks like, animal crackers, for her to eat while you and I met. Ms. Harris you changed my life for the better, and I just want you to know that you have impacted my life, along with my children’s.

GREAT ATTORNEY!!!!!. Cindy has been made a huge difference in my life when dealing with my family matters. I was referred to her by a friend a few years ago and I was definitely not sorry that I went to her. She is a great, strong willed attorney that knows just how to represent her clients, and will go the distance to do so. Thanks Cindy, you've made a difference in my life!!!

The best Family Attorney!!. I have known Cindy Harris for over 25 years. She has represented me in various legal matters. Every case she has won. If you want an attorney that knows how to win your case its Cindy. I had an awful case with my first child and I was up against extremely rich grandparents of my ex and let me tell you that Cindy put them in there place. They have never dared to go back into court with me again. When I read other comments about Cindy I could not believe someone could write such things. I have refereed many people to Cindy over the years and have never had any one call me back to complain.

SUPER WOMAN. Cynthia has been representing me in the consistent arguements over my custody battle the past 5 years. she can come off a bit rude and stern but ive learned that she too has been in the same shoes and while she is being paid to get us what we feel we should be entitled to....i think we all have moments of forgetting that she does not make the ultimate decision of the judge and that she is realistic not ideal like the many of you ignorant people on here complain about!!

BUT in all HONESTY SHES A LAWYER YOU HIRED AND SAT WITH A FREE CONSULT IN AND IM SURE BEFORE YOU HANDED IN YOUR RETAINERS YOU SHOULDA DONE SO WITH CERTAINTY!!!!

SO WHY SHOULD YOU WRITE A REVIEW WITH B.S. CUZ YOU DIDNT GET WHAT YOU THOUGHT YOU SHOULD OF!!!!

I myself would have liked to have it a certain way but when it comes to the courts ITS really not anyones decision but the judge you stand before in court.

JUST KNOW THERES A LOT OF CRAP TO DO BETWEEN THE TIME YOU PROVIDE HER THE INFO TO THE STAMPS AND THE TIME YOU ACTUALLY APPEAR IN COURT AND THATS A MESS THAT SHE IS DOING ON TOP OF SPEAKING FOR YOU AND TRYING TO GET THE BEST SHE CAN!!!

The Worst Attorney in North County. Okay, if your IQ is BELOW AVERAGE go head and hire her. If you have an ex wish that lawyer to your ex!!! Why`? Because, most likely, If your IQ is low, you would not even notice that you just made a "free-will" donation by hiring her. If your ex hired her-GOOD FOR YOU!

Cynthia was my saving grace!. I hired Cynthia Harris after spending thousands of dollars getting nowhere with another attorney; & thank God I did She took charge and took care of business! Only if I would have hired her BEFORE wasting money getting nothing accomplished with another attorney; My divorce would have not been such a headache had I started out with Attorney Harris from the beginning! Kudos to Cynthia Harris also for helping me find "Me" post- divorce

Cynthia Ann Harris is the Worst Attorney I've ever known.... Cynthia ann harris is the worst attorney I've ever known. I hired her to helping my divorce and all this attorney had to do was charged me to pay her fees. When she and I should meet in court, she was two hours later. All she concerned was to try to get more money from myself and my ex. She was very difficult to reach and did not communicate with me during my divorce period. She was terrible. I do not know how can she still practice a law out there...

Cythia was such a good attorney.. Cynthia took such good car of me and was very reasonable with the costs and fees. She got me through my divorce when I thought I was going to lose my practice. I do recomend her to any of my clients that need an attorney.

The Woman Should be Disbarred. We were assigned the court to use Ms Harris to mediate the case. I followed all her directions, submitted all paperwork, and made my case clearly. She didn't return call, never met with us, never gave us information on her rates (just asked for arbitrary amounts of money), she never supplied an account of how she spent time on our case. She avoided calls, didn't return calls or emails and didn't "pay attention or acknowledge information that I provided to make my case". She treated as though I was a nuisance. We were told it would cost approximately$600 to mediate the case, but she charged 3x that! Should took advantage and didn't do her job!

Do Not Retain Cynthia Ann Harris. This attorney is not simply ineffective, but unproductive in the sense of simply not performing work. My wife retained her, paid the full fees in advance. For nine (9) months, all attempts to contact her were in vain. No return email emails, phone calls, or responses to letters. Visits to her her office on Jefferson Street were likewise fruitless as she was simply not there or willing to meet. No work was accomplished. We have now transferred to other counsel, proceeding with the filing of a complaint with the California Bar and initiating with necessary resolution actions for reimbursment of all fees plus damages. It is our intention to have her disbarred in California. We will not allow her to do to other clients what she has done to my wife. It is our understanding through third party legal resources, that this is not a solo incident, but has occurred previously.
