can't beleive such uncaring staff and mangement. One star WRONG,NO STARS!!!! WHY is that cause no one wants to take responsibility for damage done.THEY WOULDN'T LET IT GO ON WITHOUT AT LEAST ONE STAR!!!!!!!!!!! A week ago a work vehicle had the windshield cracked by the car wash drier unit. Playing tag to find a manger who never returned the call.notes to the manager from three different employees about the same problem.. Not even a I have to refer this to corporate.. I am sure if it was their property waiting for a week to answer would be unthinkable.. now what?? its owned by SHELL corporate monster, come on now the cost to replace a windshield is probable far less than their profits on bottled water alone. Lets see maybe they might read this!!!

Sam the service star. Today ( 10-21-09 ) I went in to check my lotto tickets at 2:45pm. I asked the person behind the desk if he could check them for me. He pointed to the self lotto checker by the door. I indicated that the last time I used that self checker machine it said no winner. I went home and left the tickets on the counter. Later I checked the internet lotto sight and one of the tickets had a $2.00 winner. This is why I asked Sam ( the manager or so he said ) to check my tickets. His response was "I REALLY DON'T FEEL LIKE CHECKING THEM" ! I once again explained why I didn't trust the self check machine. He said "well you can check them at home on your computer". I asked why he didn't provide a common service to a customer expressing a problem. He said nothing and leaned back on the back wall counter. I asked him for the managers name and ph#. He said he was the manager and he would give me the store ph# only. I asked who he reported to and he said the owner. I asked the owners name and ph# and got no response. As I walked away i did say what a dumb ass. He responded by calling me a fat f__k and too stupid to check my own lotto tickets.I did respond asking him if he's in the service industry? He just leaned back on the counter. I left.
