Don't waste the money. This was the only place we found that had room for our family on Christmas Eve at the last minute. We had tried Cin Cin when they first opened and had been disappointed with slow service, high prices and mediocre food. However, we had high hopes for the second time around and brought the family inside. MISTAKE! Service was again slow....and the food was horrible. I ordered the blackened salmon pasta dish, but asked that the salmon please be cooked throughout. My request was ignored. Not only was the salmon raw inside, but the skin and scales were still connected. Maybe this is some authentic Italian delicacy, but I've never eaten salmon skin and don't think I want to start now. The dish could have been saved but the pasta was stuck together in gum-like rocks and the pink tomato sauce tasted like canned tomato sauce. When the server finally asked if it was OK, I nicely asked that they cook the salmon more. The whole plate was removed and brought back extremely HOT as if it was microwaved. Need I say more?

Never dissapointed. Have eaten at Cin Cin more than adozen times, and it just keeps geting better. The serveice is good, nothing out of the ordinary, but the food is great !

The "Chef's Whim" is always something new and different, amazing taste combos, great rissotto alwasy creamy and fresh tasting.

Have reccomended this place to several people who have all had great expereinces. Is quickly becoming my favorite restaurant in North County

Incredible homade pasta! I've never been disappointed.. In an unassuming strip mall in Poway there is a noteworthy dining experience awaiting you. I have eaten her e many times and have always had great meals. The pasta is quite good and unusual. The lasagna is unusual and incredible! I highly recommend Cin Cin and have sampled most of the menu. I have eaten here several nights in a row when I was visiting in the area, and it was different each night. You may need to wait on the weekends, but it is well worth the wait.
