Worst customer service!!!. 've never been treated so poorly. I went in to return an item, and before they even saw the receipt I was turned down. They simply pointed to a sign on the wall that noted a 15 day return policy. While they are entitled to have their policy, they had closed their store during 8 of those 15 days. When I said that to include the 8 days they were on vacation was unreasonable, and that I was actually there on the 11th day, they told me it was too bad because they had already closed their books for the year, and would do nothing about it. At this point they told me since they would not return my money I had to leave. Extremely rude, not a place to be trusted.

Must have been there on a bad day!. The two reviews remark on how friendly and helpful they were....while my friend and I left because we thought the man working the counter was not helpful..not polite. Their stuff is ok..but like Unicorn better.
