Really bad management. I love my apartment however the management is horrible. What the person below said below is so true.

Parking is bad and yes there are no toys allowed in the pool. Jennifer is constantly on the phone and / or in the maintanence man's apartment - everyone in the complex jokes about it. She is mean and rude. Can you just say Smile!!!

It is all about the rules rules and more rules.

Before I moved in the teller at my bank told me he used to live there and said the only bad thing was nothing ever got done. Maintanence was bad. The grounds are very clean and well kept but the teller was right - if you need something fixed - you will need to fix it yourself.

New Management?. The new manager Jennifer insists kids must not play with toys in pool or make any noise, no bikes, scooters or skateboards allowed anywhere. Where are the kids allowed to play? She has also been frequenting another workers apartment.
