I've had a really bad experience with Ming's Upholstery. They made a mistake on my initial order, I called to discuss but they would not return my calls. I took the item back, and they never contacted me again. I called to find our what was going on, and they said they didn't have enough fabric to finish my order. I asked to speak with the owner, but he would not speak with me. What kind of customer service is that?
Errors happen, even with good companies. The way the management handles their errors tells you a lot about the company. This tells me not to do business with them - unfortunately, I am already stuck. Not sure what I'm going to do about it - I already paid for the fabric and work, and have nothing.
