“they were busy the service was poor.”
“VIP treatment with a killer booth, great bottle prices and friendly service.”
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WOW where do i start, first of all they sit you out on the cold patio to make it look busy for people walking by so they get some business, we ordered water which was good and diet coke which was also good, we ordered salads which the Caesar salad was OK, the lasagna was watered down and very bland had to add a lot of Parmesan cheese and salt/pepper in order to eat, the limone chicken was nothing special at all, the chicken catticatore was horrible. the service was bad/slow and kept forgetting stuff we asked for, had to ask hostess for a spoon. The worst part was when we paid, we had a gift certificate from a very reputable radio station, at first the waiter came out and said they would not accept it because they changed names, i got really upset because the name on the door is the same as the certificate, there is no expiration date and it did not say present before ordering, i told him there was no way they are not going to accept it, then the next higher up came out and said they could not accept and i said that's not right, finally the general manager came out and it changed the story from changing names of the place to him telling me that the certificate had already been used which i know is a lie, when i got home i found that there was another review here saying that they would not accept certificates because of management changes. Even though its owned by the same company for years, then he tells me my certificate has been used before which i know was a lie. i told him i was not going to pay and got really upset and raised my voice because i knew he just did not want to accept it because the radio station probably stopped advertising or they had other issues with the station. then he literally threatened me and called me names and followed me out onto the street to provoke me,( some professionalism there). I got in my car with my family and left. SERIOUSLY people go to some other Italian restaurant in the area, this place is bad, its sad i had to give it a 1 star, i wish there was a way to give it a ZERO. THE ONE STAR IS FOR THE BUSBOY, HE DID A PHENOMENAL JOB.
Brutal.
undercooked pizza
they put the "wait" in waiter
so many better places on India
RIPPED OFF. i went there, the food was pretty good. they were busy the service was poor. the waiter brought out appetizer 60 seconds before our meals arrived & on top of it we were OVERCHARGED! i contacted MANAGER who never called me back so i figured i'd wait to see if he credited my card w/o saying anything to me. NO. i will never return & give them my business!
Little Italy's upscale sports bar entertains groups with 17 televisions, half-pound burgers and daily happy hour specials..
In Short
The Busalacchi family's restaurant and sushi bar offers a more inexpensive dining experience than their other establishments, but still maintains an urban, Littly Italy-style vibe. Crowded on game days and weekend nights, the inside dining room has large, plush booths surrounding an open bar area, plus a sushi bar that opens at 5pm daily. Th menu offers a mix of bar bites like carne asada fries and bacon burgers, as well as main entrees such as fettuccini alfredo and grilled salmon.

You'll never have to worry about a good time. If your the type that like to do different things throught out the week this is the place. They've got casual Tuesdays to just relax and start your week of right. Wednesdays are one of my favorite. Starting with singles and sushi. I learned how to make sushi yum and meet some incredible people. But that wasn't all then they have salsa classes after fallowed by open salsa where you can try your new moves out Wauwhoo! Its like killing two birds with one stone. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday is for those dance machines. You can come in for some of the best sushi around and afterwards stay and dance the night away. And my favorite Sunday night FOOTBALL BABY! Yup their playing the games every Sunday with drink specials. Plus they have happy hour every night of the week 5-7. Wow my weeks already planned out. Hope to see you their!
Amazing Sushi and Incredible dance floor. The food is amazing, we eat the best food we have ever had and then danced the night away on the large dance floor. VIP treatment with a killer booth, great bottle prices and friendly service. Highly recommended you must try it out for yourself.
