I've been to several of the seafood restaurants in San Diego and no other offers the service, consistent food quality, portions, and value that the Via Vera Cruz fish market does. The other "fish houses" don't compare in service, quality or menu selection. The atmosphere is family friendly if not a little on the East coast, local seafood joint.
Pros: quality, consistency, service, value
Cons: could be a little "fancier" but otherwise none
