WORST BUSINESS EVER!!!!!. This is the WORST flower shop ever. I ordered flowers on Wednesday for my mother, they left them there because no one was home, did not walk 8 step literally next door to find out she was out of town, did not call me or my mother, just left them there. she came home tonight and everything was dead and vase broken, glass everywhere. I wish I would have read the reviews about this place. I Was Scammed out of $62.58.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PEOPLE WHO SHOULD BE TARRED AND FEATHERED. This was the worst experience ordering flowers and these people deserve to be slow roasted.

I ordered flowers for a friend. When my friend hadn't said anything, I called and the man that answered said that HE personally delivered the flowers. I called my friend who confirmed that she did not receive them. When I called the florist back, a WOMAN answered and SHE personally delivered the flowers. I asked her who, in fact, delivered them - her or the guy? She insisted that she delivered the flowers and my friend signed for them. When I asked her for a description of my friend, she refused to give it to me. When I asked her for a description of the house, she said that I was being paranoid. Finally, I asked her to send me, via PDF (because they apparently don't have a fax machine), a copy of the receipt signed allegedly signed by my friend. She said she would "when she gets to it." When I asked her if they treat all of their customers like this, she said, "No, just the ones like you."

Never order flowers from here!!!. NEVER ORDER FLOWERS FROM HERE!!!! I ordered three flower arrangements for my grandmother's funeral. The day was so important to me that I had the sales girl repeat my order and twice confirmed that the delivery would arrive no later than an hour before the service. Not only only did WE DELAY THE FUNERAL because the driver was late, but the order was incomplete and not as pictured! The funeral spray looked cheap, contained the most tacky carnations I've ever seen, and had wilted flowers. CARNATIONS! The driver didn't even bring the other 2 arrangements (even though they were displayed on invoice he brought) and he acted disoriented.

When I called them and explained what happened, the girl asked if I was "just calling to complain." I responded that I expected a full refund, and she hung up on me!!! I had to go through American Express to seek a refund.

In sum, Angel's Flowers was the WORST flower experience I've ever had. They made a tragic family experience even more stressful and did not allow us to give my grandmother the send off she deserved. Their handling of the incident only added salt to the wound.

Never use them unless you want cheap, late, tacky, and missing flower arrangements!
