Horrid Apartment Experience

Santee Villas is by far the worst place to move.

There is not enough room to give an acurate account of just how horrid this apartment complex is. It is

owned by non caring cheap people who really have one goal in mind ~ to get the checks each month.

No air conditioning as advertised, apt is very HOT, small rooms, old dirty cabnits, noisy, mold, paper thin walls, absolutly disgusting once you sign your life away on the dotted line. The real apartment units are nothing like the perfect model apartment and the rent is way too much for the lack of quality.
