WONDERFUL,FRIENDLY,SWEET JUDY. Judy, at La Belle Realty, was extremely kind and personable. She has great attention to detail and wonderful flexibility. She made our first rental experience awesome. I appreciate keeping a clean and presentable home and I expect the same when moving into a place. When we used La Belle, we were 100% satisfied with all communication and processes. We recommend La Belle to our friends and family. Thank you Judy for making our stay in a rental one of the best.

Unethical nightmare!. Another terrible nickel and dime property management. We ended up having issues with the neighbors who had 2 noisy dogs disrupting the peace at all hours of the night and day, mainly weekend mornings at 4 and 6am. Annoying! We tried talking to them, talking to property management, and after 4 months of nothing we filed a complaint with the city and told La Belle again. 2 months later we were up to our ears with it and we told them according to tenant laws we had the right to peaceful enjoyment and wanted to break our lease. Seems they were so angry they turned around and charged us an erroneous 800 dollars out of our 2500 deposit for things that were either non-existent and made up, or the normal wear and tear associated with living in a house. No one at Labelle will return our calls or email and they were also unethical in our move out, not notifying or granting our right to a walk through. I cant wait to see them in court.
