Davids Bridal Vista. I wanted to report that I actually had a great experience at Davids. I already know they are an economically priced retail chain and didn't expect 'Klienfelds' like on TV. If you are a girl who knows what she wants I highly encourage to go there, especially since now they contracted with Vera Wang. My dress had to be ordered and shipped and it is not like shopping off a hanger, even though there are opportunities to buy samples. I think the staff was quite helpful and made me feel special, I can't wait to wear my Vera June 2012.

A chic, sleek boutique, it's not. But those willing to look carefully will likely find a big-time bargain. The staff is helpful and knows the merchandise but doesn't provide extensive one-on-one attention or advice. Stores (particularly on weekends) can be swamped with brides-to-be. David's specializes in beaded satin A-lines and simple lace sheaths that just hit the $500 mark. Most labels are tasteful but of medium-quality: Gloria Vanderbilt, Lady Eleanor, Oleg Cassini and the likes.

Aweful Service!!!!. Along with an un-clean store appearance, the staff is rude when it comes to correcting problems!! I spent $100.00 on a bustle. I was quoted about $50.00 but because of the rushed circumstances I paid. I was not told that only one type of bustle was to be done on the dress I purchased----Not to mention that big, ugly buttons were going to be used and in random places on my dress, creating not just a few, but nine aweful eye sores on my beautiful gown! When asking what they could do to fix it, all I got was nasty attitude from the manager! They then tried to tell me that for an extra cost they could do a different bustle, or worse, put huge satin roses on the back of my taffeta gown!!!! What were they thinking? The only good thing about this chain is that the gowns are cheaper, however the service is lacking! And just FYI, it is an off the hanger store- no different than the worst of Ross stores! Some of the gowns are in terrible shape and are filthy!!!
