Express Tire in Vista, Ca. Prices are good for the oil changes however it depends on what mechanic works on your car. A friend reffered me to this place last year and I just went this year. I guess they have a new mechanic who I keep hearing to stay away from. I went but won't let this guy do it again. He was a white guy with some weird a** tattoo on his wrist. I like the prices and I would go back but I will ask for a different mechanic next time.
