Miller carpet is not what they use to be.. I have had Miller carpet come a few times to do my carpet and i had no problems will the techs and being on time. this time i used them and the tech that came had a attitude like he did not want to do the job when he saw the size of the room that he was to do, and he was very late i had a dental appointment @ 11:30 and had to call and cancell that and be charged the $ 25.00 fee for not cancelling within 24 hours so i lost money there for him being late and then he wanted to charge me 35.00 for the cleaning a small 1 bedroom and small hall. when i had said that i had a coupon that made things worse he said that the carpet was really dirty and that 15.00 was not going to be a good job on cleaning it. the carpet is cleaned every 6 months and not dirty at all. I pre-treat my carpets when they get cleaned with oxy, it is made for spots on clothes and carpet. i was told that is not good for machines i beg to differ there. so they are not the company i thought they were and will not use them ever again. that was a very expensive carpet cleaning for a small studio apartment.

Don't use Miller's Carpet Care in Vista, Ca.. Avoid using this service as John the carpet technician was was scheduled to be here between 9:00 - 11:00 AM did not show up until 11:30 AM. Wanted to charge us $35.00 for 1 room 10 x 15 and a small hall, had a coupon for 2 rooms and a hall for $15.00 since we have only 1 room wanted to add 2 each 3 x 5 low pile area rugs. Quoted $10.00 - 15.00 add on to base coupon price, I guess fair pricing flew out the window. Then we had pre-spotted 2 hours before with "Oxy-clean" carpet care was told by Bob that Oxy is hard on there machines, read the label Bob it is specifically made for carpet care, clothing etc. John the carpet tech left his dog inside his truck while cleaning when it was about 90 degree's barking and disturbing next door residents, isn't that agaist the law, what a kook. This business has gone down the toilet, don't use this service.

millers did a wonderful job!. Millers carpet care did a wonderful job!! That is why we have been customers for 5 years!

I truly appreciate the job well done. Thank you. I'm recently unemployed and called for your $35 5 room special since that was all I could afford. I just want you to know that your cleaner, Dean, did a wonderful job and was very courteous. My carpet looked great! Thank you for the special, I truly appreciate it.
