In Short – Enter on the corner of Sixth Ave and F Street to racks and racks of trendy, inexpensive, color-specific styles. The yellow rack, the beige rack, the plaid rack, the black rack. The main room has the newest inventory, and the smaller room to the right has older merchandise and two clearance racks. There's only metered street parking around the shop, so try the garage at Horton Plaza (two blocks west on F St) or Park It On Market (two blocks south on Sixth Ave).
Save Money:
As far as cheap stores go, this one has an awesome selection of "in" pieces at really low prices. If it only cost $10, who cares if you only wear that uber-trendy belt once or twice?

See a cute dress in the window, but the color's not for you? Check inside anyway, as they often stock the same dress, top or skirt in several different colors.
