Editorial Review. Former downtown sushi-lovers mecca moves to Mission Hills and takes their fresh, afforadable rolls--and crowds--with them.
Great Sushi!!!!!.
I was not really a lover of sushi untill my friend made me go but now I LOVE this place I go there around 3 times a week love the sushi although the only bad thing about it is the line, especially on
Fridays and Saturdays the line can get up to 1 hour and 30 min wait, and people will wait cause it's so freaking awsome!!! The staff is really nice I have never had a rude waitress, and another great thing the price you can get iut of there with only spending like $10 + tip and haven eaten 2 rolls great place
I recommend the Hot Hot Cali roll and the San Diego enojy!…
Line up for a to-go lunch, quick, large portion & cheap. Separate "to-go" line and menu. Price ranges from 4.99-6.99. Food looks fresh (due to high volume?), but tastes average or slightly below average.
Good ambiance, amazing prices, great service, low quality sushi. Sushi deli too boasts a great location, with a hip interior and great service. The staff was friendly and efficient, the crowd was fun. The prices were unbelievable, especially the $5.50 sake and beer special. The quality of the food was just too bad for me to give this place anything more than 2 stars. The sushi pieces went uneaten, and the best tasting rolls were the super-spicy ones which drowned out any taste of the mediocre quality fish. Great spot for a fun night with sushi rookies, but those with a more refined taste for good fish should look elsewhere.…
