STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am very unhappy with the clinic manager, JAMILA KASSEM. I requested a fefund for a cancelled treatment and cannot get my money back. She is always busy, if you call to the front desk, and does not return calls. The phone number she gives to contact to her is INCORRECT.

Great services. I've been going to this American Laser Center for over 2 years now. I wasn't happy with them at first because they had a bad manager. I was going to just get my laser hair removal and then be out of there. However, they have a new manager, Jamilla, who is outstanding.

She really tries to foster a friendly and helpful atmosphere. I've signed up for so many services now and I am really very happy. If you've had a bad experience before, then I would recommend you give them another try.

I have been a victim of froud by this company!. I had IPL procedure to treat my melasma unfortunately, IPL did nothing but harmed my skin. I requested a refund which was approved by manager Hanna Gomez , it has been 3 months and still waiting. She doesn't answer nor return my calls. Please be careful with this company!!

MAKE SURE TO NEGOIATE WITH AMERCIAN LASER CENTERS.. ALC CAN BE EXTREMELY OVER PRICED IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO NEGOIATE. IN ADDITION THEY ARE ALWAYS TRYING TO SELL YOU ADD ON PACKAGES AT TODAY ONLY PRICES. I THINK THEY REALLY NEED TO MAKE PRICES MORE AFFORDABLE AND CONSISTENT WITH ALL PATIENTS, INSTEAD OF NEGOIATING PRICES ON A CUSTOMER TO CUSTOMER BASIS. I REALLY DONT LIKE THE IDEA OF NOT KNOWING WHETER OR NOT I SPENT MORE ON A PACKAGE THEN THE NEXT PERSON. I WISH PRICES WERE REASONABLE AMOUNG ALL INSTEAD OF OVER CHARGING SOME PEOPLE AND BEING HALF WAY FAIR WITH OTHERS. IT MAKES IT HARD TO TRUST THE INTEGRITY OF THIS COMPANY. HOPEFULLY MY LASER TREATMENTS WILL BE WORTH THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I SPENT.
