I found ifloors online, but went into the warehouse to purchase the floors. I purchased the Brazilian Cherry Floors that had the Decor Error. The floors are great and were easy to install, no complaints about the product itself. Ifloors customer service is horrible. We went to the south center location which was the closet warehouse that had these floors in stock to look at the decor error before purchasing. We were in the process of buying a condo and did not have exact measurements of the floor that we were replacing and told this to the sales rep, Jeb (there was two other sales reps that were helping with the sale as well, but do not remember their names). We were worried about getting to little flooring because we didn't want to come up short on the floor and for ifloors to sell out of the same product that we got. Following the assurance that we would be able to return any unopened boxes of flooring to their warehouse we purchased the higher end of the estimate to make sure we had enough. We even specifically asked about the "No Returns" from the decor error and he stated that it only applied to open boxes of flooring, and that we would be able to return any unopened/unused boxes. Well after installing the floor we have 9 unopened boxes of flooring that need to be returned to the warehouse. The customer service rep will not give us a return number because of the decor error. Additionally the rep stated that we would only be able to return up to 4 boxes of flooring. This directly contradicts what we were told in the store and one of the reasons we purchased this flooring. No matter how they are in the store, you have to get the RMA number from their telephone number. Customer service is all the same no matter what store you go to.

got my last several projects through ifloors and they have been great to work with. saved money and better that lumber liquidators by a mile.
Pros: service, quick delivery, great prices
Cons: they don't sell carpet and vinyl
