WARNING. One the worst companies Ive ever dealt with. Writing this review to give everyone else fair WARNING. I was unable to be present at the house when the repair happened. My roommate showed the ABA employee the dishwasher (after the employee showed up 1 hour later then he promised). The employee called me and told me everything had been fixed and left me an invoice. This was on Friday evening. When I came home the dishwasher still did not drain the same it did not before the ABA employee came. I didnt think much of it. Decided I would wait till Monday to take the issue back up. Early Monday morning I had Mike yelling at me because the invoice had not been paid. I informed him that everything looked exactly the same as it did before he came and wondered if they could come out again. He reluctantly agreed to show up from 5 to 7 that day to finish what was started. No one showed up from 5 to 7 that day. The next day the job was finally done and it was followed up by Mike threatening to take me to collections for the $48 job he finally completed that day. Sorry Mike. Your piss poor business and your piss poor customer service are not available for everyone to hear about. I hope no one else has to go through this in the future.

RUDEST REPAIR GUY EVER... DOWNRIGHT ABUSIVE. Mike is completely unprofessional. I called ABA to repair broken oven hinges. Once installed, the oven didn?t close all the way and the light remained on. Mike said the gasket also needed to be replaced. I also told him about a noise I had been hearing in the fridge, and he told me it needed to be repaired also. So I agreed and paid for everything up front.

His CRAZINESS surfaced when the next morning I decided to postpone the refrigerator repair. I never said anything disrespectful to prompt his abuse.

Mike's e-mail:

?I am NOT going to be abused and questioned and told: "It wasn't like that before you touched it". I did NOTHING to the light, and you basically, in your sweet way, accused me of making it not turn off. WRONG! I don't deal with people like you that are abusive in their sweet ways. I am a Professional and have choices who I provide professional service for, and when they become belligerent, (Multiple calls about a refund and making sure I GET THE AMOUNT RIGHT. laughable, when you couldn't even follow the calculations I had to explain and repeatedly re-explain, and then you had to add it yourself and got it wrong!) and abusive, as you have, I stop it, immediately. I am not ever doing anything for you again. As I said in the refund, which apparently you either did not read or absorb, Call someone else and abuse them.Good Luck with that too!?

Good, knowledgeable, conscientious repairman. I called ABA to come out and fix my washing machine (a minor leak). The part he put in didn't seem to solve the problem, but since the work is guaranteed he came back out again several days later and put in a different part at no charge. This solved the problem, and it's been more than 4 months ago. I would use him again.

Best Appliance Repair in San Diego without a question!. I have tried all the rest of the appliance repair companies in San Diego, and have never been as Satisfied about the Prompt, Courteous, Professional and Affordable Cost that ABA Appliance gave me. This takes me back in time to the time when Customer Service meant Proper Customer Service, the way that ABA Appliance has brought back to the San Diego Area! I called ABA and made my appointment within minutes of finding out my refrigerator was not working properly, and they were not only very pleasant over the phone with me, but I could actually understand the person over the phone and the technician when he came out to fix my refrigerator within an hour. There's nothing like understanding what you are paying for, when you are distraught over losing your food, and I now know that I can relax with ABA Appliance around to take care of all my Major appliance problems in the future! Thank you Michael and ABA Appliance for restoring my faith in Appliance repair companies in San Diego! What a refreshing change from the other companies I have dealt with in the past! ABA Appliance is simply untouchable by any other company, in every way! Call ABA & bypass All the Rest... they Earned the 5 Star Rating by Service Magic for a reason, they simply are the Best Appliance Repair Company in San Diego! I also was Proud to learn they are American Owned & Operated! Thank you so very much ABA Appliance & Michael for saving my day! You are the Very Best anywhere!
