hahaha this place sux. Bahaha, this place is just terrible.... unless u enjoy smoking crack, yelling at inanimate objects and not bathing. The other stuff bugs and stuff I havent seen, but this place smells so bad its absurd. Most of these ppl should be locked away(for their protection and yours). When i pay the $150 to get outta this place it will undeniably be the best $150 I ever spend. Irma, at the front desk, is very sweet and when it comes down to it no1 is tricking you into staying here. Just know what you're getting into.... a dormitory for crackheads and people with advanced delusional/mental handicaps........................................................................................................... It is now a week later since i posted this and have since developed the bed bug problem ppl are talking about even tho i use my own sheets and bedding and keep my room clean..... This place is bad news really.

BED BUGS, ROACHES, CRACK HEADS, FELONS. Whoever gives this place a good review probly works there cuz this is the nastiest place i have ever seen. if u want to be miserable 24/7 then by all means move in now! the staff doesnt give a phuck about ur problems i lived there for 3 months and none of my problems were ever resolved. 1 star for free cable lol

Seem's to be just fine.. We went up, looked at the room and was delighted. It was clean and bright. That was almost 9 months ago and, hey, we're still here. I hear alot, sometimes, of various complaints from some of the tenants but I think they bring on these problems on their own. I hear about problems with pest but that problem with us is at extreme minimal. Utilities, cable w/HBO included and even a convieniant location. Nearby trlley and bus stops. There is even a low income program you can apply for that creates a discount on your monthly rate. HEY! Overall, I give it a two thumbs up. ALDJ

Peachtree Is there when u need them..... I stayed at the Peachtree when we moved back in 1996 from San Fran The staff was friendly. I never had a problem with any tenant. I loved the location. It is close to San Diego City College(Which was good for me since I had a 7 am class). Laundry was convenient. They found a room for my mom when she came to visit. My only complaint is that housekeeping is not all that and that the space is small.

Don't Rent!!!!!. This place has bed bugs, cockroaches, and very odd tenants. It has many mentally ill tenants and lots of small-time criminals. These tenants cannot afford the exceedingly high rent and therefore, do not wash themselves properly, clean their 'closet' properly, eat, and behave properly. When I say, 'closet', I am referring the room and size that they rent you. A lot of these tenants belong in a STATE facility where there needs can be properly tended to. Instead, the state of Cali., the city of San Diego, and Tom Hom Group, Inc. (along with many other similar slum rental assortments) have decided that this is their best option to continue in their effort of 'separation'. The staff of employees is extremely noisy and not very educated. Any complaints that you may have or voice will be ignored. Management, too, will ignore such. The supposed computers are horrible and barely work, if in fact, they actually have two running at the same time. The Police, ambulance, and fire dept. are there daily if not more and do believe that they monitor actions there. Overall, I don't have the time to write about every problem at this place and this is possibly one of the worst rental situations that you could involve yourself with.

P.S. The female manager of the building (who also lives there) feels unreasonably high of herself due to scum in the building praising her. However, she is very unhelpful and biased, if not racist.

The Staff Was Great.. My experience at the Peachtree Inn was nothing but great things. It was only temp. housing for me until I got myself adjust to Cali. Clean room, nice view, helpful staff who could ask for anything more. All utilities were included plus cable. They have computers that the residents can use 24 hrs a day Awsome! Over all its a nice place to live it might have a few strange characters but what place doesn't. Great Move in Specials too !! Check them out you won't regret it.

The Price is Right!!!. The Peachtree Inn is by far the best SRO located in Downtown San Diego. I've lived a the Baltic, and J-Street Inn before and Peachtree surpasses both of those locations. They have great customer service and management is always there to resolve any issues that may arise.

16 REGISTERED SEXUAL OFFENDERS LIVE HERE!!. THIS PLACE IS AS CLOSE TO A MENTAL HOSPITAL AS YOU CAN GET.

APART FROM THE 16 REGISTERED SEXUAL OFFENDERS THAT LIVE HERE. THERE ARE MANY DRUNKS, AND PEOPLE THAT HAVE SEVERE PSYCH PROBLEMS.

IT IS NOT UNCOMMEN FOR YHE POLICE TO BE CALLED OUT HERE. JUST A FEW WEEKS AGO THERE WAS A STABBING. AND ASSULTS DO HAPPEN. I ASKED THE FRONT DESK TO CALL 911 DUE TO A THREAT OF VIOLENCE, BUT THEY WOULD NOT DO IT. I WAS CHASED BY A CRAZY RESIDENT THAT WAS LIVING HERE. YOU WILL SEE PEOPLE SHOUTING OUT THEIR WINDOWS, AND CUSSING AT RESIDENTS.

Great Location - Right outside the Gaslamp!!!!!. If you like to live in the downtown area. I would highly recommend the Peachtree Inn. The Peachtree Inn is unlike any other residential hotel in the downtown area. All the utilities are included in the rent, that?s right your water, electricity, and cable, and they have the premium channel HBO. You basically can not beat the price and the service of the staff. When you want to go out and have fun you just walk three blocks and your right in the center of the Gaslamp.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I use to live at the Peachtree. It was a great start for me. I didn't have any credit(you know what the say no credit is bad credit.) so i couldn't get an apartment. I was tried of staying with people. i wanted my freedom. So i came to Peachtree filled out an application and the next day i got in. The guy who did my move-in was so nice to me. They are so friendly i felt right at home. I remember a time where my job was cutting hours and i couldn't pay my monthly rent. So I asked them what could I do? They said I could pay weekly. They were so understanding.

When I first move in i was so happy i had my own bathroom I didn't have to share!!!!! I could take as long as i wanted too.

You get housekeeping once a week. All you have to pay is you rent, laundry, and phone. Everything else is paid for. They have computes down stairs so you can use the Internet. Plus if you have a lap top they have free wireless HOW COOL IS THAT.!!!!

You are in the heart of Downtown. If your into dancing they have a lot of clubs to go.You can walk to the movies, go bowling with friends, go to the park, or even the ball game WOW. Almost everything you need is in walking distance.

So if you need a place to start your life or save money come to the Peachtree Inn.
