Parking and Staff at this hotel are a nightmare! Prior to check-in we were promised additional overnight parking options if their lots were full, none were provided. The front desk refused to help us find any reasonable parking near the area and was unbelievably rude. When we requested a manager, he initially refused to speak to us. Upon requesting his presence, for the second time, he stormed out of his office and told us that he was angry (not the word he actually used!) that we were interrupting his dinner. He informed us that he would rather check us out than offer any parking suggestions. When we inquired about someone else being willing to help us he stated, "I'm it. I'm god." We gladly checked out and found another hotel just down the street even on a busy holiday weekend with no problems. Save yourself the trouble - yes, the area is great but there are other places in the area with excellent customer service, good prices, and parking - the rooms are small and smell of mildew anyways.
Pros: Location
Cons: Customer Service and parking

I drove over 6 hours to stay at this hotel and what a waste of time that was. The staff here were unbelievably rude and not at all helpful from the onset. They lied about parking availability and would not offer any alternatives when hotel parking was "unavailable." Both the front desk person and hotel manager were irate and uncooperative in every respect. The manager basically said to get out and get your refund because he did not want to deal with us. We gladly did so as we would never want to stay at a horrible place like this that treats their guests like garbage. What a suprise and what a dissapointment this was. We could not believe there were people in the industry who acted so unprofessionally. Save yourself the time and trouble and find a respectable hotel with staff who actually care about their guests.
Pros: None
Cons: The Staff
