Very good service. I rented a car. Very good service. I rented a car for a couple of days from Pacific Rent a Car referred by the hotel I was staying at. Competitive rates , we got picked up from our hotel and the guy that picked us up in the shuttle was very nice , all the crew member were really helpful thank you guys , made things easier and faster!

I rented a car from Pacific Rent a car last week. The rental rate we got was the lowest around. No hidden charges. Overall, the quality of the product, pricing, and service was excellent.

service was excellent. After renting a car twice from Pacific, I am struck by the courteous service and the speedy, hassle-free experience. The lack of hidden charges is also refreshing. Thank you Pacific, I recommend anyone wanting to rent a car in San Diego to use your company.

Cant Beat the price and service. I rented a ford focus for 3 days the car was brand new,., for a great price, i shopped around a bit, you wont beat the price, also they took debit card fopr deposit, Rodger was very nice,service was excellent,,, will use them again without question, thanks Rodger, John Morin

Best competitive prices in town. I rented a Chrysler 300 for family trip to Los Angeles. The customer service at this small business was exceptional, car was awesome and the prices were very competitive. I will rent from Pacific every time I need a car for few days.

Great service!. I rented a car from this company for a couple of days coz my car broke down. When I walked in, the staffs there were very friendly, and they offered as much help as they can. After I shopped around many car rental stores, I came back to pacific car rental because their price was unbeatable, and the car was very nice and clean. The guys working there were very helpful and patient, they explained every detail until you understand. I highly recommend pacific rent a car, very happy experience and great customer service!

I was there the day Brittany called. The employee that answered her call was in training. Brittany did not have normal reservation inquiries and her questions were quite odd. When the emplioyee passed the call to the manager, he answered Brittany's questions in a straight forward manner and Brittany was actually the one to hang up on the manager. The manager was not trying to be rude, but we had other customers waiting and at this point we thought Brittany's call was a prank.

Worst Customer service EVER!. I called the company with some question that I had about the type of car I was looking to rent. After speaking with a sale rep, that wasn't educated about his job what-so-ever. I was passed along to the manager, Roger Zakharia. Not only was he rude, and short with me. But he hung up on me twice. I will not be using this company. If the "manager" can't show good customer service, that speaks for the whole company in itself. Avoid Pacific car rental at all costs! Reviews say it ALL!

HORRIBLE Car & Experience. I used Pacific Rent A Car to save (literally) $3 per day for a 3 day trip. What a mistake!!! But, live and learn.

I should have known when we pulled up and the rental car company also does go cart tours...

One morning I came out to my 2006 Suzuki something or other, which had already exceeded it's useful rental car life, and the car would not start. The "emergency roadside assistance" didn't open until after 8 AM, and I needed to be at my client's office at 6:30 AM.

When the emergency roadside service did call me back, they scheduled a jump, who proceeded to charge me $35 for his services.

Pacific Rent A Car promised to refund my $35, but refused to do so upon return of the vehicle because they felt the battery on their clunker was somehow my responsibility.

Suffice it to say, I will NEVER use this company again on my many trips to California and I would highly recommend you stay away as well!

When I read Brandon's review I really wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and find out what happened to see if we could help. After researching, it seems that Brandon forgot to shut something off in the car the night before (lights-radio?) and when he came out in the morning his battery was dead. (the batter was 2 months new) we have had no other issues since Brandon's. PRAC is not responsible for problems brought on due to customer negligence

PACIFIC RENT A CAR ...cannot say enough nice things about our experience!!!!!!. We made our car reservations only 2 days before we were to arrive at the San Diego airport. After searching the internet I stumbled upon a GREAT deal at Pacific Rent a Car. Between not being famliar with the company and the great price, my expectations were not high. In fact, I was very worried. This is one time when the phrase "you get what you pay for" did NOT apply. We were picked up from the airport promptly and the rental car assigned to us was ideal for our needs. They wanted to please us and therefore were accomodating to our wishes. Their service was as good, if not better, upon return of the car. Because it is a small company they are able to give their customers individual attention and provide excellent service. In addition, the price was unbeatable.
