Cant Beat the price and service. Great service!. I rented a car from this company for a couple of days coz my car broke down. When I walked in, the staffs there were very friendly, and they offered as much help as they can. After I shopped around many car rental stores, I came back to pacific car rental because their price was unbeatable, and the car was very nice and clean. Worst Customer service EVER!. I called the company with some question that I had about the type of car I was looking to rent. After speaking with a sale rep, that wasn't educated about his job what-so-ever. I was passed along to the manager, Roger Zakharia. Not only was he rude, and short with me. But he hung up on me twice. I will not be using this company. If the "manager" can't show good customer service, that speaks for the whole company in itself. Avoid Pacific car rental at all costs! Reviews say it ALL!…
