I made a reservation online after researching many airport parking facilities. Many advertised as $9.00/day, but didn't have spaces available for the upcoming weekend. Aladdin advertised $9.00/day and I made a reservation online. When I got there I parked my car and walked down to the bottom floor. Most airport parking facilities meet you at your car and drive you down, Aladdin does not. I got to the airport on time and went about my travels.
When I returned to get my car I went to pay at the gate and it came up as $45 for 3 days. I'm no mathematician, but that does not = $9/day. I went to speak with the attendant and explained the situation. When I told him I made a reservation for$9/day he told me to "prove it". Seriously? So I showed him my email confirmation on my blackberry, which of course didn't have a price on it. He told me "this doesn't prove anything" When a company advertises a price and renigs on it and then tells me to prove it you know they are scam artists. Why would I park there for $15/day when I could park across the street at Laurel Parking for $9. I will never give them my business again and I suggest you don't either.

Seems Ok to Me. I've used Aladdin on Kettner several times to park my car for short and long trips. I've never had a bad experience in that the price is always exactly what they say it is and they have plenty of buses so you never wait long.
Make sure to ask about coupon before paying!. Last November my husband and I parked our car at Aladdin Parking on Kettner Blvd. San Diego, for 15 days. Everything went smoothly, the employees were friendly. My problem with them is that when we were leaving and preparing to pay, we were told to use the automated system to pay. Once we were done paying, we asked about the coupon and how to use it. The man we had asked earlier about how and where to pay said "Oh, you should have paid in the office if you have a coupon". My husband said we wanted to use the coupon ($2 off per day, which was a savings of $30 since we parked for 15 days) The employee basically threw his hands up and said "You're out of lucK" Not offering a solution or going to ask how we might reverse the previous payment. We were both very tired and did not want to argue with anyone so we left. I thought I would write an e-mail to someone and explain what happened and maybe get some satifaction, but could not find a way to contact them other than a long distance phone call. I am going to continue to look but in the meantime, everyone out there, beware!! Make sure to ask before you pay using a coupon!
