Ripped off!!!. I took my 06 ESCALADE for a $25.99 car wash and paid $20.99 with a discount coupon. I honestly didn't think the wash was NOT worth $25.99 or $20.99. It was just an average wash, the only difference is they just sprayed armorall on the tires and on top of that they didn't do a good job on the vacuuming. To me it looked like a $13.99 wash. Don't pay for the $25.99/$20.99 wash,stick with the basic wash and buy your own tire cleaner!!!

QUALITY CAR WASH. I live in little italy and have been going here years. They have always taken great care of me and my wife's cars. Without a doubt they are the BEST car wash in san diego that's why their prices are what they are. You pay for quality. I find it funny that the people that go there and get the cheapest wash are the ones that give their employees the hardest time. It's like they expect to get their car detailed for 13.50. Get real people.

Worst car wash in San Diego. Do not waste your time or money at this car wash. I was given my car back with spots all over the windows and all over the trunk. I do not think they cleaned the car. I asked nicely to have them wipe the spots off and they looked disgusted. I paid extra for my tires to be cleaned ($25.99) and they are still dirty. This is the WORST car wash in San Diego.

Failed to get 3 inch glob of bird mess off my door - terrible job overall. I have been a downtown resident for 8 years, and Body Beautiful is about the only thing going for an 'in and out' carwash downtown. Sadly, their service, and quality have taken a major dive....while their prices have only gone up.

I just got back from getting one of their 'super' washes for $21.99. When they were 'done' I still had a big 3 inch mess of bird mess on the side of my car, I had spots on the roof, and they had only cleaned 3 of the windows.

They were dismal cleaners at best. They wouldn't even bend over to actually work on the car. As I was waiting, another lady was remarking about the poor quality of her last few trips there. Even going as far as mentioning paying for services that were not completed (I feel the same way....when I pay 8 bucks to have the wheels done, you can't clean them very well standing up).

They make you pay for extras like wheel brite and wheel dressing, and then they do a lazy, half-a..., job on that.

The windows were so bad that after a block I turned around and went back. They guys there just act stunned in their best broken english that they missed so many spots. The manager was somewhat helpful in that he offered to run the car through again, but that isn't really going to accomplish much if the same people are finishing the car, plus I did not feel like waiting any longer.

I won't even get into the smaller details like wiping a car from top to bottom, not from bottom up. I prefer not to have the dirt from around my wheel wells spread to my doors and roof.

I will NOT be going to Body Beautiful again unless I just finished taking a car through the mud and need it rinsed off, literally.

If enough people stay away from businesses that cut corners to save money, maybe they will start hiring decent workers again and up their quality.
