Spreckles Theater. I love this theater! I've seen several shows there and one of the attractions is the theater itself. It's San Diego history at its finest.

The theatre first opened its doors in 1912, but it continues to be a prime venue for plays, dance performances, and concerts in downtown San Diego. The 1464-seat theatre has a Baroque décor, with ornate paintings that decorate the walls and ceiling. It has an older charm, but newer seat coverings, carpeting and conveniences like air conditioning have been added through several renovation periods.
