Warm, knowledgeable staff - the best in digital x-ray equipment - regularly scheduled health and wellness talks - special wellness events - professional screenings and easy to understand follow up reporting - convenient billing options - the list goes on. Dr. Bauer and his staff are revolutionizing the way San Diego thinks about chiropractic wellness for families and for communities. Now into my second year of care, I've realized chiropractic isn't just about back pain; it's a wellness way of life!

Dr. Bauer's Advanced Wellness is the best in town. Dr. Bauer and his staff are welcoming, friendly and courteous. They teach you about your spine and the way to get and stay healthy. It's not just about right now health, it's forever health and wellness. After a few short months I have had huge change in my spine and how I feel. My 18 year old sons is no longer bothered with headaches, allergies and has minimal back aches. We both recommend Dr. Bauer to everyone.
