Corrected order. Valentine's day was crazy at Edible Arrangements. My order was not made properly and Amy was wonderful to personally correct the mistake. I ordered a box of three chocolate covered fruits and only received two different fruits. The strawberries were missing and of course that was the most important for Valentine's day! She made another arrangement of just strawberries which were not only beautifully decorated and delicious but she personally delivered them to me! It appeared she took care of the mistake herself and put a lot of effort into it.

I have used Edible arrangements in the past and they have always done a great job! The fruit is always the best, fresh , ripe and very tastety. Other companies have used unrippend fruit with no taste and hard as rocks! Thanks Amy for saving the day!

I would reccommend this company!

Rip-off!!! Not worth the money!. I wanted to buy an arrangement for my mom on mothers day, I went into this location to see the sizes of the arrangements and to choose a fruit bouquet. I look through the book they showed me of choices and select one. They tell me it will be ready in 3 hours so I pay $60 for it and come back. When I pick it up the arrangement looks nothing like the picture, The bouquet was supposed to have strawberries, several pineapple hearts and grapes. The bouquet i recieved had about half the strawberries that the picture did, it only had 5 pineapple hearts when the picture had about 12 and the bouquet had no grapes. I'm not one to complain so I took it home and just let it go. But when I took it home I noticed that the fruit was unwashed, it had bits of plastic film and dead moldy leaves all over the fruit. It was unedible. So I drive back and ask to exchange it, I said the arrangement looks nothing like the picture and the fruit is unwashed, one of the associates tells me that their job is not to make what's in the picture but to give the customer what they want and what I the customer wants is to recieve what I ordered!!! They completely didn't even understand why I was upset. I just exchanged it for another arrangement and leave unsatisfied. I understand that the pictures are made to look better than the actual product but what I recieved looked nothing like the picture. It's ridiculous that they expect you to buy something based on a picture that does not represent what they are selling. Horrible product. Not at all worth the money!!! Don't waste your time or money! A complete rip-off!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!. I ordered a bouquet of chocolate dipped strawberries almost 2 weeks ago for Valentine's Day. First off, it was not delivered on Valentine's Day. The kicker, however, was when it finally did deliver the strawberries were molding. I tried to get a hold of this location during Valentine's day with no luck. I tried again the next day and could not get a person on the phone (only got their recording). I tried to contact the corporate office, and didn't fair any better. Poor customer service and poor quality. I hope you guys enjoy my 66 bucks, because you lost a customer.

WORST Service EVER!!!!!!!!!. We ordered some fruit arrangements for mother days. They could NOT make the deliver ON TIME and we tried to call the deliver guy several times (NEVER picked up the phone or return the calls). We call again late noon and they never made our deliver YET and they said they will deliver Our arrangements tomorrow. I ordered this arrangement on MOTHERS day NOT the day after mothers days. I called the corporate office and they don't take us seriously. Very HIGHLY unrecommended. Irresponsible SERVICE. We pay high money, we deserved better services.
