Navy Federal. They used to be a good bank for the military. Know that they are gettig more and more people to use their bank they have completely turned around and started charging for everything. They wouldnt even cash a check that was $2000.00. Maybe because it was from USAA which is 1000 times better than they are. I would definetely not recommend them there not even a credit union anymore. They need to change their name.

13 calls, 146 minutes, no human beings, all automated. I am unable to contact a human being. No email address, 13 calls 146 phone minutes. I have been unable to get through to correct a serious problem. I am now even getting automated calls from them. No human interaction.
