Music- Great...Food and Service. AWFUL!!. Let me start out with the nice things. Amazing MUSIC venue. Went to see the BoDeans for my friends 50th birthday Saturday nite. There were three other couples and myself. We had a very nice table close the the stage. My first time down there and we were ready for a nice night of drinks, food, good music and celebration. The place was smoozy and set up very nicely.

Now the bad things.....if you want a drink and over-priced food, you're gonna wait (and be highly dissapointed)...for a REALLY long time!!! The waiters are scarce and the expediters are running around like crazy not knowing at all where they are going and whose orders are whose. We got what we thought was our order, and as we dug in to one, about 5 minutes later one of the other orders got swept away from our table to go to someone else!!! Eeewww!

All of us in the party are very customer service oriented, and we wanted to let a manager know that our service was not up to par. My friend located someone to talk to and she passed on to another fellow (he's the old GEEZER with the white-hair who thinks he's in charge with a cheap suit. Total jerk) He passed her on to someone else. It was like there was no management supervision at all!!

Finally someone came to our table and spoke with my friend. She suggested that since we were very displeased, we should be compensated in some way. (at this point almost an hour in, we still didn't have our food!) He looked at her like she had something growing out of her forehead.

In the end, the fabulous concert wrapped up, our bill came, suprisingly with the food comped. (But the lod geezer is still a jerk as he made us go out the back and walk around the building back to the front where our limo was parked!!

Ridic! I don't think I will go back at all for a concert if they don't get better service.

Such a great date location. My Fiance took me to Anthology for a special evening, we saw the Sade tribute band 'Taboo' perform while eating a spectacular dinner. Service was wonderful the music was fantastic and the ambiance was brilliant.

Loved it!. This place is so different. We felt like we were in the days of old. The food was great and the service was outstanding. It is a little expensive but worth the experience.

Nice place, awful service, food. This place is beautiful and great to listen to your favorite band/artist. The food, however, leaves much to be desired. While the prices are not exorbitant, the portion is TINY and it doesn't taste that great. The service could be better, the food takes a long time to be served and the waiters could try to be nicer! But then again why should they if gratuity is automatically charged. DO NOT USE THEIR VALET PARKING SERVICE. I accidentally forgot my phone in my car and when I got my car back after the event the phone was NOT there. It was in the middle compartment though so I didn't think it should be a big problem but those guys can't be trusted! You are better off finding parking on your own.
