Authentic dishes brought together by Jimmy, in his quest to make good regional Mexican dishes, and chef Dulce Huicochea. With her assistance, Jimmy has brought a domain of delicious sauces to his dishes. But just because the Mexican food is so popular does not mean no room is left for and the American breakfast. These traditional mainstays have a place as well.

A native San Diegan himself, he makes sure that local vendors fill his place with the freshest ingredients around. In fact, everything is farm fresh, minus a few chipotle peppers, and you would be hard pressed to find a can in the kitchen. Overall, you can taste the success in using such ingredients. Appetizers span the gamut from potato skins and naan to calamai and stuffed jalapenos, while dinner offers a choice of American, Italian, Mexican and Indian favorites. Lunch features a variety of tasty salads, generous sandwiches and gourmet burgers, but it's breakfast that garners raves from regulars. Choose from a tempting menu of omelettes, potato pancakes, machaca, chicken fried steak and Indian crepes served with chutney.
